Yes — depending on where you live, your order may be subject to import taxes or customs duties when it arrives. These charges are set by your local customs office and are not collected by us at checkout.

AUSTRALIA
Orders under AUD 1,000 usually arrive without extra fees. Orders over that may be charged around 10% tax plus small customs duties.

UNITED STATES
All international orders to the U.S. may now be subject to import duties, regardless of value. For handbags, duties are usually 8–18% of the bag’s value. DHL handles the process and will collect these fees upon delivery.

EUROPE
All imported orders are subject to VAT (Value Added Tax), usually 20–25% of the bag’s declared value (depending on the country).

If your order is worth more than €150, customs duties also apply. For handbags, this is typically 3–5% of the declared value, charged in addition to VAT.

Both VAT and duties are collected by DHL at the time of delivery, before your order is released.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order so you know what to expect.

International orders may incur import duties or taxes on delivery. We don’t collect or cover these fees; they’re charged by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility.

If you refuse the fees and the parcel is returned to us, we’ll refund the item price minus return shipping and any carrier/customs charges. If the parcel isn’t returned (e.g., abandoned), we can’t issue a refund.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in their original condition — unworn, unused, and re-sellable. Once we receive your return, you can choose between an exchange, store credit, or refund.

Please note: clearance and sample items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive them.

We recommend gentle hand washing only. Use mild soap and cool or room-temperature water. Avoid scrubbing or brushing — instead, soak lightly and clean by hand to preserve the bag’s shape and quality.

Machine washing should be avoided unless absolutely necessary.

After washing, hang to dry in the shade and avoid direct sunlight.
