RETURN POLICY
We accept returns of our bags in their original and unused condition provided return requests are submitted via email within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Kindly be aware that any imperfections in the fabric or the handcrafted crochet work will not be considered as indicators of a faulty item. We provide guidance on these aspects, which are inherent to the nature of the fabric and the handmade knitting process. Please keep in mind that you are acquiring a handcrafted bag crafted from upcycled and recycled materials.

Initiating a Return:
- To request a return, please send an email to hi@ardebags.com, including your order number and the reason for your return.

Condition of Returned Items:
- All items being returned must be in their original, unused condition, with tags attached. Items without the original tag and closing attached won't be accepted. We are unable to accept items that have been tampered with or worn. If an item does not meet these criteria, we will notify you via email and return the item to you.

Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and it is important to note that the cost of return shipping + taxes incurred when returning the item to Indonesia is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item is faulty from factory.

- Please ensure that all return requests are submitted via email within 14 days of the original purchase date.

- We revise personally every order that leaves our office in order to minimise faulty items.

Lost Returns:
- We recommend using a secure and traceable shipping method for your returns. In the event that a return does not reach us, we cannot be held responsible for it.

Refunds for Faulty Items:
- If an item is deemed to be faulty, we will provide a full refund to you.

Refused Packages:
- For packages that are refused and subsequently returned to ARDE, we will deduct the shipping cost from your store credit.
