RETURN POLICY

We accept returns of our bags in their original and unused condition provided.

Return requests must be submitted through your account profile within 14 days from the delivery date, and received by us within 30 days from the original delivery date.

Please note that minor variations in the fabric or crochet work are part of the hand-knitted process and reflect the craftsmanship of each piece. These small differences are not considered faults, as every bag goes through a strict quality control to ensure it meets our standards.

Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility.
Please Note that original shipping fees are non-refundable; If your order qualified for complimentary shipping, the shipping cost we incurred to deliver your order will be deducted from your refund amount, except where the return is due to an error on our part or a product defect.

Kindly be aware that any imperfections in the fabric or the handcrafted crochet work will not be considered as indicators of a faulty item. We provide guidance on these aspects, which are inherent to the nature of the fabric and the handmade knitting process. Please keep in mind that you are acquiring a handcrafted bag crafted from upcycled and recycled materials.

 

  1. Initiating a Return:

    • To request a return, please log in into your Arde Account to select the product you want to return.

  2. Condition of Returned Items:

    • All items being returned must be in their original, unused condition, with tags attached. Items without the original tag and closing attached won't be accepted. We are unable to accept items that have been tampered with or worn. If an item does not meet these criteria, we will notify you via email and return the item to you.

  3. Shipping Costs:

    • Return shipping costs, together with any duties, taxes or customs charges incurred when returning an item, are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item is confirmed to be faulty.

    • If your order qualified for complimentary shipping, the original shipping cost we incurred to deliver your order will be deducted from your refund.
    • No shipping or processing fees will be deducted where the return is due to an error on our part or a confirmed product defect.

  4. Timeframe for Return Requests:

    • Please ensure that all return requests are submitted via email within 14 days, and received by us within 30 days from the original delivery date..

  5. Faulty Items:

    • In the event of a faulty item, please contact us at hi@ardebags.com to discuss the matter.

    • Kindly be aware that any imperfections in the fabric or the handcrafted crochet work will not be considered as indicators of a faulty item.     • We revise personally every order that leaves our office in order to minimise faulty items.

  6. Lost Returns:

    • We recommend using a secure and traceable shipping method for your returns. In the event that a return does not reach us, we cannot be held responsible for it.

  7. Refunds:

    • Refunds will be processed once your return has been received, inspected, and approved. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed.

       

    • Refunds issued to the original payment method are subject to a 3% processing fee. This fee does not apply to refunds issued as store credit.

       

    • If an item is confirmed to be faulty, a full refund will be issued.

  8. Refused Packages:

    • For packages that are refused and subsequently returned to ARDE, we will deduct the shipping cost from your store credit.
